What to do if our office is closed.
We know that emergencies do not always arise during our office hours. Here is a list of people to contact if our office is closed.
1. Loss of heat.
Please call the Lakes Heating & A/C at 330-644-7811.

2. Total loss of electric that is not related to the power company.
Please call the electrician listed on your Important Phone Numbers sheet (this sheet was given to you at closing along with your closing papers).
3. Total loss of water that is not related to city utility service.
Please call the plumber listed on your Important Phone Numbers sheet (this sheet was given to you at closing along with your closing papers).
4. Gas leak.
Please call the natural gas utility company, your local fire department and leave a message on on the Warranty Department's
voicemail.
5. Loss of air conditioning when the outside air temperature is more than 80 degrees for more than four hours.
