Model Home redesign progress
 Progress is being made on our Cleveland Avenue Model Home redesign. Most of the trim is installed, the cabinets are installed and the staircase and final trim details are going in. Exciting things will happen in the next couple weeks as we wrap up the painting and start the tile and wood flooring.

Model home progress
 We are full-swing into drywall in the new bathroom and revised kitchen. Cabinets arrived today! It won't be long until the trim and cabinets are installed in their new locations. We moved a window and removed another. Faucets and lighting have been selected. Flooring and tile selections will really make this project pop-out! Stop back to see the exciting progress being made. Excuse our mess......
Two days into our model home update, we have our master bathroom completely removed and ready for the new one to go in. Preparations are almost complete for our newest changes to our model home on Cleveland Avenue.  Due to the overwhelming response to our original Elizabeth Anne and Olivia Grace floor plans, we have created the new Audrey Grace plan for a more cost-conscious budget. The new floor plan is an 1,878 square foot version of our original ranch plan. By removing some of the high-end features we have been able to deliver a plan that is just as dynamic as the originals but at a cost savings to you.
